Visit with Oma and Opa in Boston

Oma and Opa just returned to Germany after a 12 day visit.  We had a fun time together taking walks, having BBQ's, eating ice cream, having a "swim" in our backyard, visiting a Farm, going to the Children's Museum, and many other special activities.  Here are a few photos from their time here.

Looking cute in her sun hat

Lukas still enjoys tools--we've now graduated to miniature versions of the "real" things

Isa wants to do whatever her brother does--including wearing his helmet

Olli at "bat" for our church softball team.  He never played softball/baseball before this year, but he's picked up the game quite well and his team-mates are glad to have him join them.

Olli as "catcher"

The beginning of a new trend: wearing goggles while running through the sprinklers.  They really are effective in keeping the water out of one's eyes! :-)

The "lawn babes"

Enjoying our outdoor patio--before the mosquitoes joined us that evening.
