Visit with Yiayia and Grandpa

My parents were here in Geneva last week so Lukas got to meet his other set of grandparents. It was a wonderful week and they both were a big help to us by doing the typical meal-making, grocery shopping, cleaning etc. as well as spending plenty of quality time with Lukas when bathing him, playing with him and putting him to sleep. One of the greatest highlights (for me at least) was when my parents stayed with Lukas overnight and I got nearly 7 hours of sleep in their hotel room!! That sure was a special blessing.

We also had several doctor's appointments while they were here--two for Lukas and one for his Mommy. We're happy to report that all is well with both of us!

Besuch von Oma und Opa

A little over a week ago, Olli's parents came to visit us and meet Lukas. It was a huge blessing to have them here as they were a big help to all three of us--cooking meals for the family, doing some laundry, taking Lukas on walks (sometimes twice a day!) so Mommy could sleep and most importantly (to Lukas at least) providing lots of loving entertainment and play for the baby of the house.

As you see from the photos below, Lukas really enjoyed his time with his Oma and Opa.
