We are excited to share the happy news that we're expecting Baby Number Two on February 3, 2010. Lauren is about 12 weeks along in the pregnancy and the baby seems to be growing and developing very well!
This week brought with it another ultrasound and we watched as this amazing little miracle waved its hands and wiggled its legs. The movements were distinctive, but somehow a bit calmer than Lukas who did a back-flip when we had his 12-week ultrasound. The ultrasound technician told us that our baby is very photogenic! :-)
We had hoped to be able to post a few of the ultrasound photos with this announcement, but we keep forgetting to take them to the office to scan in order to do that. We'll hopefully accomplish that soon!
In the meantime, we would be thankful for your prayers for the continued growth of this new little life and our preparations for the time when it will join our family in person.

How fun that the baby is due on your birthday! Lukas will be nearly 2 years and 5 months old if the baby arrives on February 3rd. How far apart are your girls?
Our girls are 2 years 2 mos. It felt a bit close at first, but now I really love it! They are so adorable together! Congrats again!
